In August 2016 the agency that manages California Prop 65, OHEHHA, adopted the proposed revisions to the clear and reasonable warnings requirements for Prop 65. These new warning requirements have a two year phase in period and become effective on August, 30th, 2018. The new requirements include identifying at least one substance on the Prop 65 list in the product, adding a pictogram, and URL to the lead agency website.
