This RoHS Enforcement Guidance Document has been developed through discussions within the "EU RoHS Enforcement Authorities Network. " This document has two primary intentions:
- to assist Member States with national enforcement of the RoHS Directive
- to provide clarity to industry on how producers may demonstrate compliance requirements
