RoHS "Good Guys" and "Bad Guys"

Rumor has it that Greenpeace is preparing law suits to be filed on July 2nd, 2006 against several companies that are not RoHS compliant  and even more companies that have  totally disregarded the RoHS legislation for the past 42 months. Just rumors for now, but if Greenpeace doesn’t do it another organization probably will.
