Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan Issue Draft Chemical Products Safety Regulation

Three draft technical regulations were issued for consultation by the tripartite customs union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. One of the draft technical regulation's main objectives is the implementation of the UN Globally Harmonised System( GHS) on the classification and labelling of chemicals.
