EU REACH is a major reform of EU chemicals policy that affects all global supply chains that produce and use chemicals in the EU. Since its passage in 2007, EU REACH has inspired similar chemical reforms and initiatives worldwide. Global REACH-type regulations have gained momentum in China, Korea, Turkey, Russia, and have even here in the U.S. with proposed TSCA reform.
